On the way to work I spotted a Mount Prospect PD unit, just a Crown Victoria, with Marauder wheels. Turned around to check it out and it was gone. Wonder what the reason is, would the department really pay for such a bling item without a good reason?

I guess since you guys are having quite a winter there, the money may have come out of the SLUSH fund.

Prolly a seized vehicle. When the former owner is a resident of the community, that speaks volumes.
