Valve Cover Leaking?

Any '04 owners see where the top of the valve covers appear damp?

I have noticed this for a while and cannot explain it with words, so went out with the digital and snapped a few.

There are areas near and around the bolts above the coil covers that are discolored and appear that they have gotten wet. :confused:

This is on both the driver and pasenger side valve covers but more pronounced on the driver's.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I have seen this on all 3 of my Marauders, but not so pronounced as your pics example. I think the reason for that is that my 3 Marauders had painted valve covers, and this problem may be more visible on naked aluminum than it is on a treated surface. Anyway...My diagnosis, in two words...

I have noted it on the drivers side. Towards the front. :confused:

I don't have this problem.
I wash my engine at least 3 - 4 times a year...
