This, in a nutshell, is exactly why those Japanese cars are rated so high nowdays. Doesnt FOMOCO realize rube dealerships like this kill prospective sales to anybody younger than 60 that come on the lot and sees this POS?

No joke and I have a witness. I seen a Marauder on the road with the same Carriage top on it. :puke:
I have also seen a marauder with the Chrome Accents around the fender wells. :puke:

:geezer: :geezer:

Too bad, that's really a nice car in it's basic form..... messed it up with that "Touring" top trim stuff. If I were interested would ask them subtract for what it would cost to carefully remove and discard all that crap. :shake:

Carefully? Do you know how many holes would have to be plugged by what is left from that cloth and fiberglass mess?? Let us say.........TOO MANY. I would just deduct because it is there.

Someone will love it. they are a nice car, lots of room, good performance, comfortable and pretty bullet proof except for window lifts and someone will feel they have a hot rod lincoln?? at a discounted price with very low miles. It is even a very good color. Bet it sells quick. Yuk! Dennis:puke:

If it is any consilation, I've seen a vast number of camrys with similar kits. Lots of 300s seem to get them too!

I love the dealer rhetoric; they seem amazed that a car with 2150 miles would "shine like it just left the factory...has a mint interior that has been meticulously kept...appears to be a full set of brand new tires."

Hey,
I like it. Could someone photochop that top, the chrome fender lips and some blinging Duces on my car . . .
