Ebay "slooooow"

I have Bellsouth DSL internet connection and I have no problem getting on any site quickly...
But ebay recently is impossible.... even if I get the site to open...it's dead slow???
anyone else having this problem?
Any suggestions as to why?

Any cable out your way. If so IMO it is the fastest.
