Seeing the need to suck up, Chuck bought Jack Bauer a present.

Chuck Norris hates birthdays so much, he made sure he was born on February 31st. They only listed his birthday as March because it sounds so much like "ouch", no doubt the sound the nurse made as he roundhouse kicked her.

The side effect is that he will live forever.

Chuck never wastes his breath blowing out the candles, the cake will usually do it for him.
