I'm hoping to make this thread a dial-up nightmare. :)

Looking for some pics here, hoping folks can post pictures of either their other rides, or previously owned rides. Not even sure it matters if you are proud of it. I'm a car guy, car junky, so pics of just about anything are cool in my eyes.

But I know from people's sigs, they have some cool rides outside of their Marauders. Would be cool to see pics.

I'll start off...

Here's my other car, a 1990 Mustang GT, currently has 199,000 miles. It's all original, and I'm 99% sure it's still on the original clutch too.

These pics are from the day after I bought it. Got it about 1.5 years ago for $1700. Was a great deal - it's very sound strucurally. Since these pics I've only done minor things, new shifter, seat covers, fog lights, door seals, subframe connectors, etc. I use this as my commuter car right now.

http://www.neuralimpulse.com/cars/pics/IM001678.JPG

Here's my '65 Triumph Spitfire. I got this from my dad - it was his car, and he transferred the title to me a number of years ago. This is what I got when I washed her off:

http://www.neuralimpulse.com/cars/trpics/IM001088.JPG

The primer was some "early" bodywork done by me years ago. The primered areas are in fair shape, they were simply sanded down to bare metal and primed. The rust ranges from basic surface rust to downright rot. In all honesty, the body tub is shot. It's say since 1990 though, under a tarp which isn't good protection for an old British car.

Currently it looks like this:
(Pic was huge so removed until I can resize: link here: http://www.neuralimpulse.com/cars/trpics/IMG_1617.jpg )
(Frame pic)

It's been dissasembled and frame and suspension parts 2-coat powder coated after being sandblasted. It's sitting right now again, I need a house with a garage and some more time to get back to work on it. Oh that and I need to stop modding my Marauder. ;)

Here's my '01 Grand Am GT I had before my Marauder. Had 90k when I traded it in, not the greatest car but I liked it, kept it nice and clean. When I traded it in I had 17" AE 192 wheels.

Personally I think the wheels were pretty classy on that car. I wish I could've kept it as a commuter car when I bought the Marauder.

And here was my first car, a 1980 Jaguar XJ6 Series III

This car has a Chevy 305 V8 conversion. I bought it for $1200 and spent almost a year getting it roadworthy. It taught me a ton about fixing cars and my budget was virtually nil. When the calipers up front froze up, I could either buy a set for almost $400 (yes old Jag calipers aren't cheap) or a rebuild kit for $14. I went the $14 route of course, and they worked great until I got rid of the car. Had 220,000 on the chassis when I said goodbye. Another one I wish I had kept but couldn't at the time.

I'll never forget this car... (although I'll forget I ever sported a moustache like that!):

http://www.tripletransam.com/hof/pari_8.JPG

Complete with Marauder-like stance, from the factory.

http://www.tripletransam.com/hof/pari_1.JPG

Among my many Honda products, my 4 door Civics hold a special place. This one is my '85 which served as a winter car until I got the '98 Civic EX 4 door. No photo of my first winter car ('84 4 door) which cost me $500 for 2 cars which were merged into one functioning car (allowing me to park my GTA during winters and eventually even rainy days). It looked just like my '85 except it was silver instead of champagne, and it took me a few years to get around to painting the completely burned-out hood (from the engine fire that occurred when the previous female owner didn't change the oil for close to 80000 miles) :)

The '85:
http://www.tripletransam.com/beater/85/85civ2.JPG

The '98 (this car continues to operate trouble-free in my uncle's hands, and he absolutely KILLS cars)
http://www.tripletransam.com/beater/98/civic_02.JPG

When I had got tired of 'roughing it' with my '84 Civic, I picked up this blue '92 Integra GS from an (ex) friend. I say 'ex' because I got him a job where I work a few years earlier (where he went on to make a ton of money) but I ended up paying a premium for what was supposed to be a pristine car and was instead rebuilt from a bad rear-end accident and had a lot of bad-repair-related rust that was creeping out. Awesome fun car (with the torquier 1.8l instead of the high revver 1.7L VTEC of the GS-R), and trouble-free except for the accident scars that eventually came out.

http://www.tripletransam.com/beater/92/ice3.jpg

While my experience with the Integra taught me a lesson about true friends, it also was traded in on this, my first 'ordered' brand new car:

http://www.tripletransam.com/WS6/2003/DSCF9265.jpg

This WS6 was supposed to be my winter car, but I reconsidered and got the '85 Civic shown above. All this was in order to spare my beloved GTA from winter or rain duty.

http://www.tripletransam.com/gta/2003/DSCF4428a.jpg

And finally, a stroke of luck in late 2000 when I stumbled across this fun little car:

http://www.tripletransam.com/78ta/2005/DSCF2530.jpg

The T/As are all still with me, knock on e-wood.

Not sure what will be next. First will be a new daily driver/winter beater to save the miles on the Marauder. Then a supercharger for the Marauder, then either one of the following:

1) Another F-Body
2) Corvette
3) First Porsche

Here's a couple of mine. They both went in the trade for the Black Hulk.

The red one was a '93 LX 5.0 I'd had since picking it up used with 21k on the odo at Hall Ford in Newport News, VA, January '96. What you see here is the end of the restoration effort after the last hit on it destroyed the DS rear quarter. The blue one I got in Daytona Beach April '01; misappropriated some student loan funds to buy
it, because I was tired of worrying about the LX getting hit all the time.

Of course, I didn't mind the "vehicle" in the last pic...that one was in the middle of Guantanamo Bay, summer 2002. If you can't tell, we were bored....I won't tell you which one I am...but I always thought Beyonce looked kinda cool.

These are my old rides.......gone but not forgotten...

This was my very first car...1979 Mustang! It was very clean and ran great. put over 200,000 on that Mustang!

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=88 98&d=1143085371

I picked this one up, played with it, then sold it and turned a nice profit, should have kept it. 1982 Capri Black Magic.

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=88 99&d=1143085399

I picked up this red 1966 Mustang Coupe from one of our drug forfieture auctions. Drove it for 9 years and sold it for $500 more than I paid for it!

Nice Capri and 4 eye Fox's. :)

I'd personally really like to get an '82 GT, I think they got a nice look, just needs upgraded running gear. Thought about converting my '90 to an '82 look. :baaa:

This is my current fleet...Mac, you ready for my money shot?

This is my 1985 Mustang GT, very rare 4 eye. Completely built, nice street cruiser. Here being tuned on Lidio's dyno.

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=89 01&d=1143085554

This is my brand new 2006 Mustang GT Premium. Very nice platform for some great mods.

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=89 02&d=1143085570

This is the Dodge Ram that I got to tow the cars and trailer. The trailer is a black steel deck 18 foot car hauler.

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=89 04&d=1143086145

This is my azz hauling beast of a Marauder, Trilogy #2, running 160+ MPH at MIS.

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=89 05&d=1143086154

I love this Mustang, 2004 Mach 1. It is the best platform for creating a pavement pounding 10 second rocket.

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=89 06&d=1143086166

By far, the Marauder and Mach 1 are my favorite azz thumpers. I took both to the track last year and had a blast.

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=89 03&d=1143086130

Ooops....almost forgot the newest addition. 2006 Chevy Impala SS. Bad in Black, very nice ride, suprisingly fast.

Here's a few more of mine, some of the work I did on my Grand Am, was still working through school so cash wasn't very much on hand so much of this was done with elbow grease being the biggest investment.

Didn't like the boring grey interior, so I jazzed it up a bit, first with a headliner/side panel change:

Before:
http://www.neuralimpulse.com/cars/pics/IM001708.jpg

After:
http://www.neuralimpulse.com/cars/pics/IM001719.jpg

http://www.neuralimpulse.com/cars/pics/IM001722.jpg

Then did some silver accents, painted the A/C vent rings, radio console, and shifter console ring, made a nice difference:
http://www.neuralimpulse.com/cars/pics/IM001712.jpg

And lack of underhood light I popped some white cold-cathode lights in - might be a good trick for those that need some underhood lighting. Even those of us with an underhood lamp might like these - really shows off the engine at night cruise-in's, I will probably do this on my MM:

Even though its a vert and an auto and I would prefer a coupe 5spd. I will never get rid of her if possible. I would be burried in her, but I would want her to live on. No one could offer me any car or cash that would make me give her up. Unless of course I could use the cash to buy her back immediatley and take the money I saved to say I'm sorry by pampering her.
1994 Laser Red GT around 35k original miles. I still get a warm fuzzy feeling everytime I see her, sit in her, start her, and drive her.:lovies::lovies2:
