I don't see the embossed Godshead on the seats or cup holders in the console.
Or am I real stupid?

Sheesh it looks like adifferent interior. Maybe they got that one shot mixed up with a GM or a Sable....

The second pic of the interior, is the 2000 Mercury Marauder Concept

interior. Odd though.....

It looks like the Tip of the Cupholder is in one pic. My guess is pics of multiple vehicles.

If you read his description of the car, he doesn't have his info right. Number of mistakes. I guess only we here would know that though.

The front seats are out of a '98-02, note the headrest and the design of the seats.

The interior is a picture of the 2002 concept car. He pirated the picture from netcarshow.com (http://www.netcarshow.com/)

Look at the front seats, then the carpet...flood car?

Edit: Carfixer's right. He's always right. I hate Carfixer.

Yeah I was looking at this car earlier and the interior something was not right. Thats when I noticed in the corner its the only pic taken from a website. I wonder why he is not showing the real interior shot at that angle?

looks like a flood car judging by the carpet.

How about just looking at the picture TYPE. All those Marauder pictures are one size with a red date - the picture in question is obviously bigger and does not have the red date.

*singing* One of these things is not like the other. *singing*

It is just a different picture. If you notice the dash trim is different in both pictures. Not the same car in both interior pictures. He probably used a file photo not knowing there was a difference.

Also one shot of the steering whell has the correct chrome waterfall / hockey stick / stylized emblem, other shot of the interior the emblem is missing and the airbag cover has the emblem embossed into it, no chrome.

Anyone notice the mustang gauge cluster? Look good IMO.

Wow! It has Halogen lights! What a selling feature! Where's this guy (or his customers for that matter) been since 1980? Does "Halogen Lights" still sell cars? How about the "Beam" rear suspension? Quite the ol' description, I must say.

Y'know .....

I always liked the concept dash better.

1) The dash trim.

2) Having all the basic gages in the instrument panel. The console gage pod could have been an optional "add-on". Said pod would have been a (3) gage jobber instead of just (2) plus the cig lighter.

3) The full-functioning "Autolamp" system ..... not the de-contented non-adjustable hokey-azz version we ended up with.

4) I like the lumbar switch panel on the side of the lower seat cushion, instead of the front.

It would be even better IMHO ..... if we had a combination lumbar/recliner panel there ..... ala' 95-97 Town Car. Quite frankly, when you open the door on a MM, I find the look of having nothing on the side of the lower seat cushion to look rather "blah" & "plain jane". The view is rather "cheap" looking & out of place to me ... for a car that has so many nice & unique touches to it & had a FAR from cheap suggested M$RP.

Found one complaint on this dealer:

Maybe a "member" could take a ride on Saturday and maybe an impromptu Meet could take place too. They could invade Doc's and surround the place!

Hey Bagpiper, just curious, but what's he asking for it? Our cars seem to be holding there value pretty well. Oh, was the carpeting damaged due to flooding like some said?
BTW, What's he asking for the GS?
