For those who could help, I'd like to ask a favor. Just got off the phone with my kid sis, and she has had a tranny failure in her '02 Explorer.
She bought it used, from a local dealer, and she's in no way capable of affording what she's being quoted.
I don't want to post the VIN in a public place (we're in the "information gathering" phase), so it'd be great if someone could let me know the history of this vehicle.
