I have a question for any Ford Technichian out there. Are there a TSB out for the Ford F-150 brake rotors?

I just put my Ford F-150 into the shop because I heard a squeaking noise on my way home Friday and we saw what looked like a gouge in the rotor. The service person at the Ford Dealership says I need new rotors because these can't be turned as they are too thin already. I only have 24,000 miles on my truck.

It's a 2004 F150 and I have none of the paperwork as the truck is at the dealership right now waiting for its new brakes.

There is a TSB regarding the front brakes on the F150. In fact, front calipers are replaced, too. Depending on whn it was made, the steering rack could alos get replaced. Rototrs could either be refinished or replaced. Keep us posted.
