I have a tire problem. Last nite i punctured the sidewall on one of my rear KDWS tires. My brother runs a tire store locally & made some phone calls & could not find any. Tire Rack is out until 4/22. Does anybody know where i can lay my hands on new or used KDWS tires.

Thanks,

Steve

Tire rack had them as of yesterday. But them must have sold out their stock of rears I need two fronts. My Ford dealer quoted me $184 each. Costco wants $142 and Tirerack $75. My service advisor told me that Ford will better any price by $1.

You might call and ask your dealer if they would meet the $132 of Tirerack.

I've got a set of used fronts, that have great tread depth, you could get them on there if you want for temporary use until the OEM size becomes available.

I'm just up the road from you.

Geez, here we are trading tires to keep our cars on the road. How pathetic is that?

I never thought that at this point in my life I would be out scrounging around for used tires. I have not done this since i was 16 years old.....

You could always go to the KDWS2. Tire rack always seems to have those in both the 235 and 255 sizes.

Well I guess when I get mine changed out I will hang on to the old set....Its almost that time...I will definately need new ones all the way around before MV4. The fronts are not so bad, just inner tire wear....which I just had my front specs aligned to Carfixers specs. I am at just over 25k now on the Marauder and can probably hold out another couple of thousand miles for the rears which are wearing thin in the center, so I had the air pressure pumped up as per the manufacturer of the tire. If nothing else the rears will make for a good burn out movie
