How about we all get together and each throw 20 bucks to the first guy to get his MM into the 10s?

(I am sure that Jerry the Wizard could use the money! ;) )

This is advice from the man setting in the number one spot on the time slip database and most likely going to run in the 10-second club. I have a better offer counselor. How about we all get together and stop talking about this crap and save 20 dollars.

You lost your $20 Joe. I saw Marty run a 10.97 at SSHS5 in Atlanta. He red-lighted and didn't post the run. Remember he is a lawyer:lol: .

He is looking for creative financing, but that’s ok. You have to admire his spunk. He did make much money from his latest book “Brokeback Marauder”

A quick way to get more money would be to offer a nice, substantial "group buy" discount on his product. That way he could increase his cashflow, while profiting on volume sales.
Yes, I do believe I have a good idea there.... yes, yes I do.:D

If that is the case, there is no reason why it cant be posted as a 10 second run.

No money - but I'll give a bit of respect.

Just not if you're using 5w20 oil though. :(

I have to live and die by the sword and I don't have a slip from that run, but we will see how the Blessed Mother of Acceleration treats me this week.

Martyo,

You are not getting off that easy! I want a case of Diet Coke when I get in the 10's. And I will get in the 10's.

And I talk to Jason at Team Ford in Atlanta yesterday. Very nice guy. Sounds like he may become our next CIC. I told him I would give you a free shirt when you take the hair dryer off your car and put a Roots type Supercharger on your car. What size shirt do you wear?

Your Buddy,

Jerry

I'll take a extra large shirt.

Ran an 11.57 yesterday blower only an aborted only pass. If we get some issues sorted out today, I may be in the 10s before you. Therefore, I would check the FedEx charges for getting a case of Diet Mountain Dew sent to BY!

Damn, I wish this thread had taken off!

I was planning on donating my spoils to charity (except for the Jerry Barnes contribution of Diet Mountain Dew and the T Shirt).

Well, I have been in such a good mood this week, I will make the contribution myself!
