OK, since someone started a TV show thread...

What's the name of the 70s or early 80s TV show about UFOs with the two Air Force guys driving around debunking alien sightings?

Was it just called "UFO?"

Was this an actual weekly show or a movie?

I remember a weekly TV show, must have been from the 60's that the main guy could live either forever or for a very long time and his body would heal (if shot or wounded) and a very rich and powerful old man tried to have his henchmen capture this guy so he could get some of his blood in a transfusion so he could also have these super human abilities.
Week after week it was about him evading capture, very much like the "Fugitive"
The show is on the edge of my memory as I was just a little kid back then.

It takes an old F*rt to know this stuff.

It was "Project UFO" starring Jack Webb, (Joe Friday on Dragnet) He and his partner ??? were USAF officers working on Project Blue Book ...They went around trailer parks in the southwest debunking UFO sightings. :D

Ed Barnes was a hip parking lot attendant in the TV show 77 Sunset Strip, a private detective knock off of the very popular Peter Gunn series. There was even a song that made the top 20 "Kookie, Lend Me Your Comb" that came out of the Sunset Strip show. BTW, the theme song from Peter Gunn was Henry Mancini's first biggie on the top 20.

We should have an ask Grandpa section in the lounge. :geezer:

Growing up the Dukes of Hazzard, Knight Rider, The A-Team, The Cosby Show, and any other of those cheesy 80's sitcoms were the greatest to me.
I watch these shows on TVLand every once and a while and cant believe how awful these shows really were.
Anyone else here notice when KITT would drive itself, It was actually a guy dressed as a seat and when KITT would pull up to pick up Micheal, the Seat would take its armrests off the steering wheel, But never do it fast enough so you see it happen everytime!

How Lame

It was a '68 Mustang GT with a 390 4 Barrel. There were a few suspension mods, but the motor was mostly stock, although by the end of shooting, it was mostly a wreck, and had literally fallen apart.

I'm sorry, Mike, my bad. I didn't mean the "star of the automotive show", but the other cars he drove after wrecking the Mustang.

Anyone?
