I just bought the newest Alpine unit. The W200. http://www.alpine-usa.com/en/products/product.php?model=IVA-W200


It is really nice with loads of features. But I really wanted to 7 inch screen. I also bought the Blackbird portable nav unit from Alpine as well. You can plug it into the above head unit when in the main car and if the wife needs it just undock and move to her car with portable mount.


The head unit above is slightly smaller than the opening we have. So they had to make a filler/trim piece to go around it. I would like to see how the Z1 fills in the dash.

I am going to return my alpine radio and buy this one. I just want to see how it fits a little closer up.
