That 'cuda is lovely. I almost bought one, might have gotten me into this hobby..and that is what this Marauder thing is with me...long ago. Look at all the fun I missed. I am way past transportation, as I think most of us are; with the Marauder. It is all about what can give me the most pleasure with this ride. By the time I get through hanging crap on this car my 1320 time is going to be about 20 minutes. Dennis:D

Couple of additional pics (before pics) of the underside. I took some others with his current rear shock setup and I'm working with Mike Naake (Naake Motorsports) to try and help my customer with a better setup....

This thing sounded sick, coming up on the rack....BIG loping cam...sounded like it would quit running at any time....

Of course...it'll sound even better after we run dual, stainless 3".....

Where is your shop? I need to come hang out there for about a week or two!

Seriously though, you get some real cherry cars coming through that place!

EDIT: I just realized you're in Atlanta! Ha, I really should stop by the next time I'm in the area!

Sharp.

Sup' with that 70-72 Skylark one rack over ?.

Y'know ...

A set of 15inch chrome Buick rallyes, with RWL tires and a slight rake in the tail end ... would be a nice touch.

Actually no George...but this one is just as nice or even nicer...come by if you get a chance before nest Tuesday when this one should be gone to take a look. It's worth the trip.

Hey Chris...got your PM yesterday, sorry I've been buried.
1607 South Cobb Drive, just North of Windy Hill & Pat Mell...just South of Austell Rd.
In other words...take a left out of the Cracker Barrel on Delk...I'm on that road (Delk becomes S. Cobb) down about 3 miles on the left.

actually...it's a '71 Skylark which has a pretty good story to it. Guy just got the car from the original owner....his 90 year old grandmother who bought it new in '71. She passed a couple months ago and left it in her will to him. It's the car he got his driver's license in when he was 16 in 1971. He just had the 350 rebuilt with a rather wicked cam....came in with longtubes hangin' and we did a custom exhaust with Flowmaster 50-Series...sounds AWESOME!

Also on another rack today is a '71 Pontiac LeMans Sport...we're hangin' some longtubes on that one and hookin' it up with an aggressive exhaust system.

The Cuda is done....here's some more pics.

Next, we will dissassemble the entire system...it's all going to be Ceramic Metallic Coated at Performance Coatings (including the mufflers) then we will do the final install. I'll get some final pics then.....

Enjoy!

In my memory, all the Hemi-Cudas were purple except for a handful of metalflake blue ones. :D Not sure I ever remember a red-orange version of the '70 Cuda.

"Owner's Choice" on paint color....this car had already had a paint change...is not a #s matching (pure clone)...and it is done right....

You're having entirely too much fun. Hopefully I can get back up to hotatl and stop by. I miss our conversations, and the cars like this cuda to look at up close and personal! Take care my friend.:)

Was that a special request for that #5 inverted low altitude pass (photo #2) ?? :D

I have always enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels perform at air shows. Even though the Thunderbirds and the Blue Angels rotate schedules, it always seems that I go on the Angels days.

You haven't lived until two of them make a high speed, low altitude pass from behind you !!! They're gone before you hear 'em. Being a target ain't fun. Of course, on the positive side .... it is over rather quickly. ;)
