I met up with the HERD this afternoon for one of their get togethers in Volo, IL. A small meet considering how many members they have, but it wasn't such a great day either. I was invited to this meet by one of their coordinators a couple of weeks ago and I'll be attending more events as they're a great crowd to hang out with. The other Chicago guys that didn't or could not make it missed out this afternoon.

Almost everyone came to lunch but by the time we left some Impala owners had already driven home so a couple Impalas are missing from this picture. As well as the one's parked behind us. Among the crowd was also a Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with some definitive modications judging by the billowing smoke and tread he left on the pavement, and a CTS-V that participates in AutoX Events.

I remember seeing one Impala on the SS forum that had turbos that peeked through the cutouts on a hood.:eek: It looked pretty cool.:cool:

They made the lone Marauder park out by the dumpsters? :)
I like that Impala with the blue ghost flames on the scoop hood.
