Well, we did it. Proud parents of twin Marauders. The LS is history. I owe about 34 k including tax, title, fees, etc. for the new silver one. But the payoff on the LS that I traded in was about 24 k and the MM is at least 10 k better. Besides the LS needed tires!

Ain't they pretty....

My wife was just saying the other day--"maybe trade in her '97 T-Bird for a Silver MM"...took me totally by suprise...and she said of course ...the silver would be hers......and Phoof----there you go and do it........amazing...

That silver color is starting to grow on me. Now to see if my neigborhood dealer has or is about to get them.

The local dealer didn't have one so he sent a flatbed to pick it up in Savannah, GA (about 400-500 mi). There were a couple of them closer but the dealer having possession didn't want to work out a deal. Their loss, maybe they'll end up sitting on inventory like a bunch of the dealers that are paying for floorplan, inventory tax, etc. on the 300As that they wanted to mark up over MSRP, driving customers to other states or worse, other brands.

The problem with my scenario is I bought without ever seeing a silver one in person. But I'm not sorry!
