Sorry - It wasn't me. Although I went out for a ride, I didn't hit 119 in White Plains... I did cross 119 in Elmsford though - on my way home from the Sam's Club.

Maybe it was JohnnyB. He lives just south of us.

If not then maybe we have even more company in Westchester...
