Took the Marauder in to the dealer to get the rear-end popping noise diagnosed (again) and got the fly pimp-daddy Sable as a loaner!

Now if I can just find some of those chump Marauder drivers around so I can whip 'em wit a toughness

It rides nice and solid but OMG it's gutless! I have to turn it up to like 4k just to get away from a light with everybody else. I feel like I'm gonna break this damn thing. :D

Must be Sables revenge week. My sons friends mother (quite the hottie i might add, oh if i were single but thats another thread; ) had her Tarus totaled by a salt truck. She went straigh out and bought herself a new shiver shiver Sable!!!. She loves my Marauder but when I showed her the numerous threads here about the dreaded Sable she about died laughing.

The Sable LS is not at all a bad sedan. Has a 24 valve DOHC 200HP Duratec engine. That's only 15 ponies less than my 97 Cougar with a V8 had stock.

Dont know how ya'll can ***** about Boston.....Houston traffic sucks but it nothing like Chicago...how do you guys up there deal with that crap....Took me three days to figure out how to get on the freeway and i finally make it downtown to get stuck between some police horses and a riot (second day of the war)

This one I've got as a loaner is a GS with a 3.0 liter V6. I'm guessing it's pushing about 140 horses? Just a guess. It's pretty gutless, but other than that it's a decent people mover.

I seem to get my tickets when I go from a performance car to a non performance car. Once got a ticket in a VW Rabbit diesel, probably the slowest car in america at the time. Running 65 in a 55 down hill trying to build momentum for the next hill. Guess who was waiting at the bottom of the hill.
I have developed a theory: Non performance cars are condusive to non-performance driving. Therefore I try to stay away from Toyota Camrys and minivans! Oh, I also avoid Rabbits and diesels in general.
