...but it will cost you.

The new Bentley Continental Flying Spur comes in at 5456 pounds even though it is a bit shorter and narrower than the Marauder.

Stock is a 6.0 L W12 (don't ask) with twin turbos, delivering 552 bhp. This 6-speed sedan is all-wheel drive and sits on 20" tires.

According to the NY Times review, it does 0-60 in 4.6 and has a top speed (private track or Autobahn) of >195.

All this can be yours for $179,000 (sales tax not included).

My uncle, who lives next door bought the Bentley Cont. GT because he didn't want to wait for the Spur to come out. After driving it a few times I will tell you that I wouldn't mind having it.

It's just a 4-4-4 in a "W" configuration, right (as opposed to a 4-4 in a "V") ? Oops, sorry -- I wasn't supposed to ask...... :D

Blue, you are evil. I love it. I think this was put up for you::poke: .

I'll take the 180 K and do a few minor things to the Marauder. thanks. Dennis:D

Six speed manual or auto? If it's an auto then I woud say it probably wont reach the peak HP. I was looking at the stats of a Continental GT with its w12 turbo and the auto shifts before it reaches its peak hp. A blown Marauder should be able to beat it/run with it and one with mods should spank it.

As you guessed, 6-speed auto, but with paddles on the steering wheel if you want to control shifting (or use the on-the-floor shifter).

LOTS of very complicated electonics make me worry how this would hold up over the years. Massage function in front seats?!
