I have had some good luck finding things, and help from some wonderful people (you all know who you are), allowing a 19 year old with a low budget to put a v10 in his 1999 crown vic.
v10, 28,000 miles - delivered, to my door, $450
Wiring harness, $150
750hp, 8000rpm liberty prepped Tr-3550 5 speed, 8 drag passes, almost new, /w hurst billet plus shifter- $1600 dollars
Liberty Bellhousing (got ***** on this one!) $400
Centerforce dual friction + clutch arm, clutch pivot, throwout bearing (got ***** on this one too) $480
Seats $400
Laptop $400
GPS $100
CD player $159
Video cameras for dragstrip (quickcams)-Free
Pcm reflash- Havent done it yet.... $?$?$? Dennis?
o2 sensors, flywheel, misc bolts, etc etc etc, 400 dollars
Having a v10 5 speed manual crown vic that looks like mine for a total project cost of $12,000 - including the car?

Well, the oilpan was dented on my engine (which i got used) i was going to repair it (works fine) but why do that when i can buy a new one for 43? lol... The internals have what looks like NO wear on them. (28,000) mi
--- since the oilpan set me back, doesnt look like the v10 is going to be in by friday like i hoped...but these things happen, so its understandable. Im currently ordering a new oilpan ASAP! could be next friday before installed. (overnight mail is wonderful!)
