Gasket??

When installing the CAI a rubber gasket fell on the floor when disconnecting the MAF from the stock filter housing. Do I reuse that gasket when mounting the adapter to the MAF?

I do believe I used the gasket. Line 'er up and see if it is a good fit.

That's the problem. It doesn't appear to seat properly. I can't get it to seal as I tighten the nuts to secure the adapter, it wants to slip out of the seat. It has a grooved portion and for the life of me I can't figure out how it apply's. Even refered to the Marauder Shop DVD hoping it would show the gasket, no dice.......

You do not need to use the stock gasket. The MAF adaptor in the kit is flat and will seal to your MAF no problem. If the plastic MAF is warped slightly, all you need is a thin layer of RTV silicon to seal it up.
