I just got home yesterday from my trip to Greeley, CO. Drove from Saginaw area of Michigan (during daylight hours only!) along the interstates (75-69-94-80-76). Then back through the upper route (25-90-39-80-94-69-75) my wife and I were looking for other Marauders but saw none!! Even in Greeley, noone seemed to know what a Marauder was.... we covered 3100 + miles and so far the only other ones we've even seen have been around town, or when I went down to FWHQ back in April and met some of the nice Motor City Marauder members. Oh, well special cars = special people!

I'm shocked. In the metro Detroit area I've seen as many 20 Marauders in one day.

I only saw one last summer on our trip to Myrtle Beach. I have seen less than a handfull in the nearly two years I've owned my DTR.

Ditto here with my Silver Birch, Marauders are rare in my neck of the woods.

I've finally seen all colors except DBP, around my home town, but at least a month or so between sightings. Don't know if any are on this site, but if they read my signature they will definately know it's me.

After driving around Connecticut for 6 days, I only saw one Marauder.

But, it was BillyGman's 12-second monster...:D

I have owned a Marauder for about twenty months now, and saw another one on the road only once, and carded one in a parking lot. Otherwise, I only see 'em at our little get-togethers.

DBP = Dark Blue Pearl, the rarest of all.
BCC = Black ClearCoat
DTR = Dark Toreador Red
SB = Silver Birch

I have seen all four colors. I have only seen two blues. One at Scanlon Lincoln-Mercury getting service and the other one at the Marauder picnic. I have two friends with silver (MarauderTJA and KingFubar) and one with DTR (CarFixer). Marauders are rare unless you're at a picnic or gathering. The FHP has some but I only see them when I am NOT driving mine!! I generally get looks from people who ask "hey, did you do all the custom stuff yerself?" I have to explain to them what makes it special. They will never understand.

Lets just face it, 2 years of production. People are just saving on those miles and bringing them out on for those special events and meetings. Once again as asked previously, does any one know how many are left?

You were a weekend too late.

I was in Detroit on June 1-4. We drove up from Nashville through Lexington (I-75) to the motor city.

I even managed to catch a Tiger's game against the Red Sox. (Sad to see the pitcher blow the tight game on the last out in the top of the 9th, but then the Tigers hadn't done their job scoring ... left 2 men on at least twice.)

I saw at least two other Marauders, especially with the help of my little nieces and grandson, who love to spot "vrroom, vrrooms."

Sorry to have missed you.
