While the Travelall did come along pretty early-on, I believe some of the earliest all-steel/closed body offerings from Willys and Kaiser Jeep had the basis of the SUV concept before IH.:D

I sat in it...but didn't get interior pics....but, it had the upgraded Harley leather package in it...and it was NICE!

I really like that, But parking must be a pain and Im sure the neighbors would love hearing that diesel firing up at all hours of the night!
Ill take mine with a Cummins and a jake brake, Keep the Clatterpillar.
