IIRC, Duel was a TV movie back in the 70s. There's only so much "what do they want?!? who are they?!?" that I can stand for 90 minutes.

TV Movie?? Duel was Steve Speilbergs first Feature Film.
It was a 68 Valiant being chased by a Old Peterbilt Tanker truck

The Driver is watchable, in spite of Ryan O'Neal. But where is Ronin and The Transporter?

Vehicles back then didn't hold up too well. It had 5k miles and the hoses needed to be watched (part of the plot line).

Just a reminder of this flick. In the man with the golden gun JB takes an AMC hornet?? and jumps a canal.
The cool part is, the jump twists down to the left. So the car is rolling left as it leaves the jump. It rolls about a 270 in the air and hits the second side of the jump (ramp) which is twisted in a mirror image of the on ramp.
Hard to explain, but the car ends up doing a 360 roll by the time it leaves the off ramp.
Pretty cool stuff for 1974! I gotta find a clip.
EDIT I found a pic! looking for a clip. Believe it or not all 4 wheels land flat on the ramp on the right of the picture.
