The Bose QuietComfort 2 Noise-Cancelling Headphones are one of the best purchases I've ever made. They came in the mail today and I mowed the lawn while listening to Pink Floyd. It turned our loud lawn mower into a dull hum in the background and the music is crystal clear.
I have them on now with Phil Collins playing and I cannot even hear myself typing. The volume is not loud at all either. Even with Slayer and Marilyn Manson these things sound so crisp and the bass is so deep you almost think it's too good to be true.
Anyone in the market for portable top of the line sound quality should check these out! :beer:
