Without some throaty vocals it is a little muzak-ity. The whole lounge music thing is supposed to conjure up images of low-lit smoky rooms, the tinkle of glass on glass, you know... like an "old" lounge.

Sorry, I'm still stuck in the late 50's/early 60's mode (pre British invasion).

Doesn't matter how many times I hear those tunes, it just brings me back to better times.
