Anyone here have Clearwire Internet? I'm thinking about switching to it, and ditching my cable modem.

Do you like it?

Whaddaya think overall?

Hey!!! Having just been transferred to Houston, could ya let me know how this works out? I'm getting worn out from having to scout out new bars with wireless internet ;)

Tom...dude...nothing runs faster than cable right now.

This coming from a guy that installs mass quanity broadband for the telcos.:nono:

We don't ditch cable because of the speed, we do it because of the price :D

yep. cable is a bit faster than dsl... i have had both. yahoo dsl was 9-12 a month on promo, cable was 30-40. the noticeable speed difference was not enough to justify the price. i can still download por.. stuff. :D
