Well, that tears it! I just can't sit by any longer and not help out a brother MM owner. This probably won't amount to much, but it's a start.

I got the first ten bucks on the table for Mad, let's help him at least get his MM back together and on it's way to a safer place.

You would think LM would have a touch more class. They got themselves off the hook on a 10K repair, and it was their decision to tear it down. They could at least help you out with the restoration. This sucks. No doubt they think this 1K will be added pressure to let them do the rebuild. What's next, a low cost repair loan? Insults on top of injury, LM really knows how to blow the "customer service" end of this, and blow it right out their corporate azz. That's it, I'm done.

Mad, e-me at SergntMac@aol.com with a snail-mail addy, k?

Come on you guys, what ever you can pitch in No stamps, no bottles with deposits due. Drop a buck or two in the mail, could be your turn next.

I still think we all should have park our MM in the dealers lot. A sign of unity.

Our new motto (IMHO) Mess with one mess with ALL

MAD 3R,I don't know what your money situation is,(it's probably like most of ours),but maybe Dennis could build you a milder version of the mill he's got in his 11 second Lincoln.Nothing real crazy, just enough to get in the mid 13's? Heck,I'd kick in a double sawbuck to help the build fund.

I'm glad they are putting it together. I suspect it was a tactic of the dealership to get the business.
This is something AAMCO used to be famous (or infamous) for doing, and I think was sued over a few times. Taking apart someones transmission, without first asking oermission, then refusing to put it back together if the owner decided not to go with one of their overpriced rebuilds.
