Well the black MM is a DOD vehicle. It has a DOD sticker on the windshield so I doubt it is a concept vehicle.

I use to have access to iaai but not anymore. These pics are off a insurance salvage auctions but you have to be a dealer and sign up with them to access everything. Sorry! These cars have not been through the auction yet so there's no telling where the will end up.

This looks like a cop who was pulled over to the side of the road and somebody plowed into the back of him. This has happened countless times and the Crown-Vic based cars were widely reported to blow up when this happened. Good thing this one didn't!
