Ok, I'm being a smart a$$ to newer members question.

I've used Motorcraft Syn Blend and Motorcraft filters for 58k miles. Now I have Mobil 1 5w-30 and a motorcraft filter.
Soon I will be running a remote oil filter setup with a Wix filter and the 5w-30 Mobil 1.

Answer: What the factory put in them, Motorcraft 5-20. The best price in town is at Wal-Mart and you can also pick up the Motorcraft filter there.

From what I've learned on this site is not to talk about oils lol. Unless you have a power adder s/c, turbo then you would want to talk to the vendor and see what they say to run otherwise Motorcraft 5w-20 Syn Blend which is OEM oil works just fine. The only thing I have done is add a fliterMag onto my oil filter and I plan on cuting it open after my next oil change to see what it caught.

5 w 20 Motorcraft oil with Motorcraft filter is you best bet IMO.:D

If you asking me and you all did (in a round about way) then the motors in our marauders need to be on FULL synthetic.................

Why? More moving parts then other Ford motors.

Please do as you see/think best for your vehicle. Mine engine is on full synthetic. (First thing I did after getting it home):)

I am using Royal Purple. Other choices I would consider for myself would be Redline, Mobil 1, or Amsoil. All great oils.

The only thing I have done is add a fliterMag onto my oil filter and I plan on cuting it open after my next oil change to see what it caught.

Please post pics when you do. However, I do not believe that you will be able to remove oil filter with the FilterMag still attached. At my last oil change I attempted to remove the oil filter with the FilterMag still attached and the FilterMag would get caught on something as I turned the oil filter lose.

my mix is 3 qts mobil 1 0w-20 and and 3 mobil 1 5w-20. 0w-20 as worked wonders on my 2.3(UOA) but I dodn't go full on 0-20 on the mm cause I never heard anyone doing it. My next oil change is gonna be 3 and 3 as stated above cause I already have it with motorcraft filter. I'm gonna get a UOA sample next oil change as long as you remind me ;)
