Thursday afternoon, July 13, about 5:45 PM.
Headed southbound on the West Loop going through Bellaire.
You had a black MM with tinted windows. I pulled alongside and honked, and stayed alongside for a minute.
Couldn't make eye contact or see if you noticed me because of the tinted windows.
Anyone here?
