Leave it to me to cut up a perfectly good car! :D

Working on motor now. Just a little 347 stroker with a small turbo. You know how hard it can be to hook up on street tires if you are putting down more than 550 horsepower!

Boxed frame rails......

Filled holes.....

And a few other body mods....

And when ita done, it will have a five lug conversion and be rolling on BBK Plasmas! :D

Very nice, I admit my jealousy. Not much of a drop top fan, but I'm really impressed with it all. Good luck!

PS. Thank goodness you learned a lesson from the "secret project" stuff.

Thanks Mac!

I learned a whole life time of lessons on that project!

This car has taken a while, but parts are more available and I am accumulating as I go.

As for the drop top, this is not meant to be a racer and so I like the drop top.

If Mike did that to Barb's "Sunshine", he would be looking for permanent lodging somewhere. ;) I am sure that it'll be great when you get her all back together again.

BTW -- nice rear tires and rims !!

Until the 5 lug conversion is done, it rolls around on those!

Damme me, how'd I miss this one? You're right Charlie, if anything like that happened to Sunshine Barb would take me to the woodshed.:bop1:

But Marty's doing it right, and it's been said before, anything can be un-done, if someone decides to take it back to stock. The big thing here, is, it's being correctly restored, and not thrashed on it's way to the junque yard. I applaud your efforts Marty, and hope to get a chance to go for a ride in it; with it's adiquate power and a properly stiffened chassis.

If you made as much money as Zack thinks you do you should be able to get 800 or so horsepower!
