Went to a buddy's wedding and somehow the Marauder became the Groomsman car.....yes I actually let someone put those silly pom poms on my car:bigcry: .(luckily it was Zaino Sunday at my house the next day) ANYWAY...car fully of wedding crap and 4 other guys.....went to do a little brake stand and.........nothing but winding up the suspension :( ..I guess it's back to the need more power addiction.

Thats odd? My 03' did them no problem even with the KDW2 tires. Car
was stock as well, w/ the exception of a K&N air system.

Dude, the Marauder was loaded with what....? 800lbs of human beef and a trunk load of wedding crap..... and you tried to do a burnout???
No flames bud, but I wouldnt try that with my car and its 400+ hp.

Might be a sign of Posi going south. Mine started out with one wheel spinning faster than the other, then one wheel only until not wanting to spend at all..

You probably were pressing the brakes too hard, apply just enough pressure to move forward slowly, when you break free the rears and they have momentum you apply just enough brake not to move forward.

Saturday night I had 4 other people in my car including myself all weighing in more then 200lbs.
For a goof I spooled up the convertor and did a WOT launch. I didn't hear a squeak from the tires and the pull to 60MPH felt like a 1/2 throttle launch.
Too much weight+warm temperatures= VERY SLOW MARAUDER
Plus my Marauder is very Modded, pulling that stunt in stock trim would have been embarrassing.
I think the rule of thumb is every 100lbs you add will subtract 1/10 off your E.T's and vise versa.

Next time put about 80psi in the rears and light 'em off. Less contact patch area!

Funny. I don't seem to have a problem making my wheels spin with any kind of weight in the car...or even having the brakes applied...
