November is pretty much settled for many of the folks travelling to Orlando, FL for Marauderville IV.
Any interest in the CAM, Northeast and ?? areas for a repeat of the Gettysburg experience or the Hershey trip of 2003?
I was kinda thinking September for the Gettysburg visit and October for the Hershey trip .... or vice versa. Just trying to put a mark on the wall as to dates and times.
Any ideas, suggestions or comments?

I enjoyed the trip to ABC Brew Co. last fall, and the drive throug the Catoctin Mt's to Camp David. Anything like that - a nice fall drive would be great.

No interest at all ?? :dunno: .... the silence on this one is deafening. :o
I think that I'll plan to do a return to Gettysburg in the fall and probably make an overnighter of it. Probably a Friday-Saturday or a Saturday-Sunday trip.

I'm local to Gettysburg, set up a Saturday and we are there. The foliage change around here is usually around the end of Sept. early Oct. See you all then.

Hershey sounds good, at least Defyant would have someone to ride the coasters with. :puke:
Gettysburg... i forget what you did there last year Charlie.. what was it ? Not a guided ghost tour I'm sure

I missed Gettysburg last Fall, and would love to try a nice drive through the mountains with the Marauder!
I'm in for something along those lines.
Maybe try to do the Kaufmann's Dyno Day early one Saturday, then a trip to the Brewery for lunch, followed by a country drive???

I can't do it on 23 Sep 'cause another wedding is on the calendar. :D
What I was thinking on this was to do a 2-day deal. Travel to Gettysburg on Friday and enjoy some of the sites and historical stuff. Spend the night at one of the B&Bs (maybe). Then do the Dyno day, Brew Pub and Cruise through the mountain twisties on Saturday. Maybe end up for the Fredericksburg "Golden Mile" cruise late Saturday.
That saves an O-dark thirty trip up for me and makes for a more enjoyable "combo" trip overall. Taking off on a Friday should be no problem.

I'm up for it. Though I doubt you-know-who will be. This would be a bit much for her and the younglings.

 how about you buffoons re-post this plan in laymens terms and I'll decide what is desirable. I can drive up there for one of the things if deemed interesting. certainly the dyno thing is not. and unless the gettysburg tour is haunting related, ... :sleepy:
