View Full Version : On the rack.....
The '70 Hemi 'Cuda is back....we'd taken down the system and sent the entire system off to Performance Coatings ( www.headercoatings.com (http://www.headercoatings.com) ) and got all the tubing Ceramic Metallic Coated (chrome-look) and the Flowmasters Ceramic Metallic Coated (black).
I think it came out REALLY nice.....

Sharp car. I am sure it is a lot of fun to own. I always enjoy seeing what's "on the rack". When I receive Autoweek the 1st page I turn to is Escape Roads.
The muscle cars were better in our memories. The Speed Channel Muscle car shoot out. Legendary Motor Cars took the following vehicles as they came from the factory and here's what they did in 1/4 times;
1969 GTO Judge Stage 3 - 14.090
1970 Chevelle LS6 - 13.953
1970 Buick GS Stage 1 -13.960
AMX 390 GoPack - 14.848
1969 429 Boss Mustang - 13.743
1969 Hurst Olds - 13.828.
The automobile has improved significantly and so long as the HP war continues I am happy.

Damn, Todd, there ain't a whole lotta room next to your shop!!:eek: Were you holding your breath, or what? With all these great On the Racks, I'm gonna have to swing on up from the Tampa Bay to check some out. Take care:beer: .

I just think it's REALLY cool that he got behind the wheel of a six-figure+ car...and did burnouts for us....this car is unbelievably clean...but it gets driven. And THAT...I appreciate! The owner is a true "car-guy" if you ask me.....
And you're right...there wasn't much room....:burnout:

A real sweet ride Todd. And a very nice job on the underside to compliment the rest of the car. Love to see a car like that gone through properly.
Just wish I had the $$$ to do one myself!
