This car is from Michigan. I bought it for a parts car as I have another Marauder that I need a few things for. I do not know if driver survived or not all I can tell you is that the paramedics put a neck brace on the driver as the package was in the car.
Initial impact was into a concrete structure in the driver door .
Floor and frame were pushed in about 14"

Is the engine still good? I believe Mad is looking for a replacement motor.

Yes, Engine is salvageable. It has 4937 miles on it.

Well I hope you got the parts that you needed!!! It would be nice to find out the people were OK! Insurance CANT REPLACE PEOPLE!!!! Can we close this thread!!!!!!!

I agree cars are replaceable and people are not. I think in this instance the side airbag did it's job and did it well.

Is the front passenger door missing? I am trying to figure out how they removed the driver without comprimising spinal integrity? Doesnt look like they used the jaws on the driver side.....Guys probably alright if he had his seatbelt on...its amazing the amount of damage cars sustain and have victims walk away...then again I have scene fifteen MPH impacts take lives....

Jrzygrl, I was ask by more than a few members to post a pic. If you really think about it, posting the pic serves to make one think twice about pushing the Marauder to the edge performance wise.

When you attach them like that, you can only do one at a time. If you have them already on the internet some place else, then attach a link using the IMG commands.

Too many pictures recently here of damaged MM's, it's depressing.

On another note it was interesting to see the MM get-together in the Photo Gallery, see some faces of people here. And to see all those MM's lined up. Nice, how they are all the same car, but everyone has some personal touches to make their car unique.

Terrible wreck. That MM took some shot. Most any other car (without a frame) would have disintegrated. John:(

True. When I was in Canada a couple of weeks ago, a Mustang hit a Power pole (side hit into pole) , broke in multiple pieces and basically disintegrated.
Same happened with another make car (another uni-body) just days before.

Marauderman, The rr rim has a scuffed up area about the size of a dime. Would make a great full size spare if that is what you are looking for. Let me know

I have two rims. One chrome factory that has a scuff the size of a dime and the other the non chrome spare rim in perfect condition.
I also have the spare tire cover hold down and jack. I would like to get half of list price for the new perfect rim and 40% of list for the rim with the scuff mark the size of a dime. Let me know
