I need Help

Why,. when I'm typing do the letters I'm typing skip? (sometimes)
That is to say, where ever the cursor sits. the letters end up there?
Sometiimes "no-where"?
I can be typing and see nothing.
I can be typing and see the letter and words somewhere else on the para above?
Whats up?
Am I not setting up my computer correctly?
Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone else ahve a fix?

Are you on a laptop? If so, disable the trackpad.

We just bought new laptops for home, and man is it wierd geting used to different keyboard and trackpad. My typing sucked bad enough already. :)

Touchpad or mouse pointing thingy!!..
Use a usb mouse when on a table say at home..
The tap to "click" function sometimes interferes
with typing if you Accidently touch it..
Control panel--Mouse--settings--tapping-- disable tapping
usually remove the check in a box..click "apply" then "OK"!
