I have just started reading a book called "Flags of Our Fathers" by James Bradley. I highly recommend this book to anyone. I think many of you would appreciate the work that the author has done to bring a few WWII soldiers back to life. It is about the men that raised the flag on mount Suribachi, Iwo Jima.
Stories about WWII have been of great interest to me since I was young. I even had the honor of meeting Wheeler Lipes a few years ago. Check out the movie "Detination Tokyo". They called him "Pills" in the movie. It is a must see for any war buff.

Flyboys by Bradley is a pretty eye opening account of WWII as well.

"Detonation" Tokyo would have helped in additon to Nagasaki and Hiroshima...
a lot of our Nukes have gone beyond their expiration date... and must be returned to the mfr to be made into ammo for small arms..... Southern Lebanon with the wind blowing North and around into Iran and Syria would be a good weather prediction exercise for NOAA.
