Pics to come tonight. The big air unit (BA 2400) is really sweet. Im NA with NOS so im expecting the bigger gains to be with the bottle but im about to take it for a NA spin to lowes for bigger bolts so i can install the JLT heat shield that I drilled holes for bc it wouldnt fit.

When I was testing the MAF the car started normally to 2k, then died the first couple times as the comp was recalibrating, I put it through the gears a few times in the driveway and it holds its idle strong now.Updates on the way.

Did you have your tune adjusted for the new MAF? I'm pretty sure swapping any non-OEM MAF is going to require an adjustment to the tune, ideally on the dyno, to correct the open-loop (WOT) air/fuel ratio. Even some of the closed-loop control relies on the load (percentage of maximum airflow) the MAF provides to be correct during part-throttle, i.e. emission controls, which can lead to some drivability issues if it's too out of wack.

I've heard that even just reclocking the same MAF can lead to a bunch of issues. I'm not suprised that your car freaked out if your running the same tune as you were with the old MAF. Don't break anything.

Well theres good and bad. Throttle response is great esp at low rpw but it is being weird bogging down above 4500 and hesitating and having drouble at idle some times. It shifts a little weird now too but I can still travel without problem. If its not going to blow a cylinder ill just take it easy other wise ill swap back.

The car has to be tuned for that maf the whole transfer function is wrong.

On my way home it thrw a upstream overheated sensor- lean , 1131 and 1151 both bank 1 and 2 . So i switched it back to the stock maf and it works fine again. It looked great when it was installed though.

What is dyno dan's number?

Where did you get your tuner? You might be able to get the tune corrected for the SCT MAF. But with the new MAF and intake a dyno tune would probably be the best bet to get the car dialed in with the other what-nots you have.

Good thing your Marauder started b!tching at you before you broke anything though.
