Well, if I were you, I'd go for the blower. Sure that neorest is a nice commode, but you can't compare horsepower to using the bathroom. Please don't take this as a personal insult as it is just a saying but, anyone who spends $5,200 on a toilet has more money than brains. Just my thoughts.

Just get this http://www.stacksandstacks.com/html/100408_bidet-toilet-seat-ultimate.htm and the blower and then you will have both. But if I could only pick one or the other I'd go blower thats gonna make you haul ass enough to $h!t your pants you wouldnt even use that toilet.
