Very sad situation. Situations like this only fuel actions against gun owning - law abiding citizens.

Good shot on that officer's part as well ;)

Google the story. Tyler, Texas courthouse shooting will do it. A private citizen with a CCW (Mark Allen Wilson, ex Navy) prevented what would have been complete carnage by approaching, then wounding Arroyo before being killed by him.
Mr Wilson's bravery is beyond words and he was honored by the Texas House in a resolution.
Wow.
