I thought that this article on the J. D. Power long-term quality survey (http://www.detroitnews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060822/AUTO02/608220301&SearchID=73255950701576) was interesting. Mercury came in 2nd overall (behind Lexus) in the survey. This survey was based on 2003 MY vehicles.
