The Sunday Chicago Tribune lists a guide to all auto rebates. I noticed that they list "Plan 3" for the Shelby GT or 0% - 2.9% financing for 36 mos. Are the Shelby's not moving or is this a way for dealers to provide 0% financing for people who will pay $30k over sticker?
