I use to use capstun cause it was my job(low man on totum pole) to chase the strays. I carry the asp now cause the spray always discharged when I sit down(vehicles sucked). Someneone thought this dated design was the best thing eVar. I remember the stories county sherrifs were telling me about pistol whipping dogs in the process of chasing fleeing suspects they were serving warants on. Was there anything from the video before that to fully grasp the reason the dog attacked?
