It is 800 square feet and should hold three to four cars without the need for an additional lift. It also has heat, a bathroom with hot water, a huge storage loft, and cable and phone/internet (if I want it).

I am pretty stoked. I have been looking for a long time for this and finally found it.

My plans are to stock it with my Belvedere and Burgundy LX first. Then the Yellow 'Vert when it comes home and the elusive Big Block Nova I have been searching for! The Cobra will stay at home, although I may rotate cars around during the car driving months.

Your special car collection needs professional care and protection. A watchful and careful loving eye.

I'm expecting to retire soon, when can I move in?

I spent the night surfing a lot of those sites. I was thinking about doing an epoxy floor, but damn that stuff can be expensive. I may have to hire Mac to come do my floor! Mac are ya listening? First month's rent on the loft could be free!! :D

Don't want to pull this thread too far off-course...but Marty, have you seen this?

They've also got a Pontiac Ventura (mid-70s equivalent to the Nova), but it's not stock like the Nova.

I've been to this place before, when I was still in St. Louis; it's in a small community on the northwestern outskirts of the city. Their stuff is generally decent (although I'd still look close before buying) and they have the added bonus of a full-service shop attached to the showroom (so if you decide you like this one, they can prep it before shipping or before you come to pick it up).

I myself am slobbering shamelessly over the 1968 Road Runner, '68 Barracuda, and black/white '68 Charger that they've got there...although the Charger looks like it's got body issues (misaligned front lower valence, misaligned pass. side headlight door, wrong steering wheel, and possible rust in the rear framerails/body). They've also got a nifty-lookin' '67 Pontiac Lemans Sprint-6 4-spd car that looks pretty good and would make a fantastic daily driver...

I digress...sorry. But I hope this helps ya out! :D

Egad, their cars are nice, but the prices are higher than giraffe's nuts!

Marty, what are you looking for? IMHO, the classics were the '66, the '68, and the '70 Nova. I could go for any of them.

Good you don't want a Chevelle, there's nothing but Chevelles around here, mostly drop tops too.

I looked at a '69 Triple black real SS (black vinyl roof, black paint, black interior) and am in love with it. It has a 454 LS6 (so, no it's not completely stock), M-22 4 speed. The owner took me for a ride, so he has an unfair advantage over me now! The car was, simply put, bad ass. We have been negotiating over the price -- I need to close the gap a bit. I hope to see him again next weekend when I am in the ATL area next weekend. We will see.

Meanwhile, more to the point, I would take a '68 to a '72 but prefer the '68 to 70 cars.

I am always keeping my eyes open.

I am with you Mac. Not to dis my friend Billy's car, but I would prefer a Nova over a Chevelle.

I am trying to obtain the cars I had as a kid -- thus the Belvedere and hopefully soon the Nova.

Sorry for carrying on so far here, but you asked! :D

I will keep my eyes open!

A few of my friends are going to the swap meet in Moultrie, Georgie. The problem is there if you spot something you MUST buy it THEN.

Did someone say Nova?

This is my grandpa's Nova he left me when he passed away. Nuttin fancy but I love the car. Has a powerglide and a 307 small block V8.

The only thing I've done to it since this picture is rally wheels and I put headers with 1 5/8" primaries, 3" collectors, 2.5" pipes with glasspacks.
