I finally get up the nerve to have my saggy moulding repaired on the passenger side rear windscreen. Had to leave my baby overnight.

They left clear RTV all over the passenger side. No worries.

I am detailing the car yesterday and find scatches on a the driver side rear windscreen. About a 6" X 6" patch.

Now, how in the world did the dealer manage to scratch my glass?????

Has a small indent on the passenger fender top also.


So that is three strikes for my dealer. Shifter Bezel scratch, Window Scratch and fender indent.

Oh, what to do????

I am so frustrated, and I can just see the denial game beginning.....
