Anyone with the Passport escort SR7 radar detector?

I was wondering if anyone has this system in their car. I am thinking of buying one but I wanted to talk to some one with the system to see how they like it. It looks to me that you can block radar and laser if you have the system set for it. Anyways just wondering. was lookin at them on ebay. Passport escort sr7

I have an Escort 8500 X50. That is enough radar for anyone. Unless you're a professional speeder - the laser shifter is A WASTE OF MONEY. Drive defensively and use somebody else as a guinea pig.

I have the SRX in my car and sell and install these, I feel there one of the best sytems out there, and the Laser Jammer works

Keep in mind, the general opinion of L.E. is that your use of the radar detector constitutes your break, so once caught, you get the ticket.

Sorry. The quote below is simply untrue. I have the shifter and the 8500 linked, and both the state and local LEOs use laser a lot around here. I know from several experiences that they have saved me some money.

The jammer works, and works very well. Jamming laser=legal.

Jamming radar=illegal.

Drive defensively+use someone else as a guinea pig+detector/jammer=no tickets.

Of course, then they like to make sh|t up like "passing contrary to sign." :bs: Still waiting for the "********* cop" detector/jammer.

No offense to LEOs on board, but I am sure they know what I mean.

It and the Valentine are the best on the market, IMHO.
