You know...the big round, vinyl things you put on your turntable. They came in covers that had artwork that would help with sales by catching your eye... 'cause there was no such thing as "music videos"..and a lot of times you had no idea what the folks on the album looked like. Or they made some sort of artistic statement....they had liner notes...that if you were a fan you read to get some further insight into the singer/group that you just plunked down $6.99 to listen to on you "record player".

Well...here's what some guys put together with their old album covers...pretty cool and VERY creative. Enjoy!

technology is wunnerful. Get over it.

I play discs burned with MP3's ripped off a live XM radio satellite feed. It holds over 100 tracks of digital goodness. Feh on vynil, cassettes, 8 tracks, and normal CD's. No album art (unless you download it), but then I do get artist, album title, song title, and category displayed on the player (including the head unit in my truck.)
