does the stock 3.55's for our cars have locked posi? my 03 had 4.10s in it when i bought it and they were locked. but my 04 spins on tire more than the other one.is the stock gear limited slip? watch my video in another thread to see what i mean
also my headlights dont turn on when my wipers are on. is it just the 03's that did this or all theyt all supposed to. believe me i aint complaining though

All MM came stock with the LSD.
Yours is obviously going south.
Mine went at 19k.
Typical for those of us modded and doing frequent burnouts.
Down the road somewhere one tire may have hooked better than the other under major launch.
I went with an Auburn LSD as a replacement.
I would suggest the Eaton LSD.
They were on a long back order when mine went. MV-II was two weeks off and I needed something quick.
I like it 34k later and the price was reasonable.
Alternative Auto did a nice install for me.

you want to run a locker on the street? to each their own i guess. if your going that route, i would recommend a Powertrax No-Slip.. its going to be noisy, and probably not all that fun in the rain.
as for the wipers/headlights, my headlights come on with the wipers, i found that out this morning.. its a 300a as well

well im guessing the ones on my 03 were locked cuz when i took tight turns they kinda chugged like when you got a truck in four whhel drive

if you really watch for it, you can feel the stock LS slip and chug a bit. but if when the previous owner put in the 4.10's they might not have used fluid with friction modifier in it, or put any in there, and the clutches are burnt up. maybe they even put in a different center section when they did the 4.10's..
