Laides and Gentelman,

I just got a email from Skotty702's wife. She informed me of the passing of her husband and is trying to sell his marauder. Here is her email (eddited out her info for security reasons);

"Hi,



My husband Scott Littleton (Skotty702) had a Marauder and belonged to your club. He died on September 13th after losing the battle against Hodgkin’s disease. He was only 36 and I am just devastated. We used to jokingly call his car his “second wife” and I while I am going to have to sell it, I want it go to someone who will appreciate it and take care of it. Please e-mail me or call me if you are interested or if you know someone who would be interested. It is a 2003 and it only has 23,943 miles on it. My husband loved this car and your club, and this is very important to me.

I will act as a mediator for skotty and get anybody interested in purchasing the car in touch with his wife. I have met skotty personally and know he was a very nice person. He loved his car as much (if not more) than the rest of us. I am honored his wife would extend this offer to our club first. PM me for contact info.

This just breaks my heart! I will keep an eye out for anyone looking for a Marauder in upper Nevada. Much too young. Thoughts are with the Littleton Family.

wow. Thank you for informing us Dave. My thoughts and prayers go out to Scott and his wife. I met him twice and he was a stand up guy. Rest in Peace.

Skottys wife contacted me again and said she is out of town now. But, when she gets back she'll get me the photos so i can post them. I got two phone calls from people interested in the car here in the vegas area. So, hopefully the car can be sold to a member.

:depress: Sweet Jesus, It rips my heart to read of such a terrible loss. Can we start a 'pass-the-hat' thread? At 45 I find myself almost shaking at the thought of having to face the last day of life. I cannot begin to know what it feels like, and pray for his family.

My most sincere, emphatic condolences to Michelle and Family. Keep the wonderful memories close to your wounded heart and have solace knowing there's no more struggle or pain. He wouldn't want to see you unhappy. Make him smile when he looks down upon you!

Everything is on hold for now. I have not heard from skottys wife in a couple of days. So, i am in a holding pattern for now. Ill pass on more info as i get it. I am still waiting for photos and a description of the car.

Dave, when you find out what she wants for the car, please post it as I am in the market for one.

I'll fly to Nevada and just drive it home or something.

No problem, i am still waiting for her to respond. She did write me and she is going through alot right now. So, whenever she is ready we will be there.
